Comment:

 The policy seems to have been recently reevaluated (see the internal
 mailing list, the heroes were Anlumo and ??? - don't remember, sorry),
 result wording was among the lines of "A catastrophe". However, measures
 were taken, and I don't see this ticket actively contributing to the
 currently or recently occuring developments. Just like the food policy in
 the kitchen this seems to be one of the matters that needs to be looked at
 regularly and where people just have to inform each other over and over
 that there is a policy and that it should be ffs respected :) I am closing
 this for now, if there are super crazy new ideas here, feel free to
 reopen!
