Comment:

 as predicted, I successfully implemented the provided instructions and the
 laser is now fully operable.

 I tested the following materials with epilogs setting:
 * 10 mm acryl
 * 6 mm wood

 the hexagon got cut straight and nicely.

 if anything still doesnt work right, cry an email or try fixing it
 yourself. every pdf should be linked in the wiki.
 (most of the stuff is just turning some screws, thats it)
