 welcome: It's OK to post comments or ask questions..." the following text:

 In order to change tickets, create new ones or to add comments, you need
 to <a href="/issues/login">sign in</a> using your the same login data as
 for the <a href="/wiki/Wiki">Metalab wiki</a>, except your user name needs
 to be <strong>lower case</strong> (e.g. <i>myname</i> instead of
 <i>MyName</i>). In case you lost your Wiki password, just <a
 href="/wiki/Special:PasswordReset">reset it here</a>!
