small typo: build-essential

rubygems-bundler isn't available as Debian package (to the
public) and not needed AFAICT, so just delete the line in
graylog2-web-interface's Makefile:

  sed -i '/rubygems-bundler/d' graylog2-web-interface/Makefile

If you don't have bundle available yet to install fpm then this
might be needed as well:

  ln -s /var/lib/gems/1.8/bin/fpm /usr/local/bin/
  ln -s /var/lib/gems/1.8/bin/bundle /usr/local/bin/
