I can talk about "cloud strategies", but the fact is that I'm working 
with young projects on limited resources, so it all boils down to 
configuration management + "have backups and be prepared to  restore 
them" – no fancy failover/redundancy/multi-region HA deployments yet. 
On a related note, on wiki page there's your proposition of a talk 
"Tier1 hardware - what is it good for after all?" – I'd be really 
interested in hearing about good old-fashioned hardware that you can 
kick if it doesn't work. This Tuesday is probably too soon, but maybe 
you could make it for October?
