wie der Betreff schon sagt suche ich eine/n neue/n Mitbewohner/in. <br>
Falls du oder jemand den du kennst ein Zimmer braucht kannst du dich
gern bei mir melden.<br>

<p class="MsoNormal">Ich bin 21, Medieninformatik Studentin und suche
ab September für
meine 70m² Wohnung eine/n Mitbewohner/in. </p>

<p class="MsoNormal">Ich suche nicht einfach eine Person die nur in
meiner
Wohnung wohnt, sondern jemanden mit dem man gemeinsam kochen, essen,
einkaufen,
Spaß haben <span style=""> </span>und sich gut unterhalten kann.

<p class="MsoNormal">Des Weiteren solltest du zwischen 18 und 30 sein,
rauchen
oder zumindest kein Problem damit haben wenn ich es tue. ;-) </p>

<p class="MsoNormal">Infos zur Wohnung: </p>

<p class="MsoNormal">Die Wohnung ist 70m² und möbliert.</p>
<p class="MsoNormal">Das freie Zimmer ist ca. 11m² und wird leer
vermietet. Auf
Wunsch kann ich ein Doppelbett aus Vollholz zur Verfügung stellen
(inkl.
Lattenrost und Matratze). </p>
<p class="MsoNormal">Weiters gibt es ein großes Wohnzimmer mit Küche
und Essecke,
selbstverständlich Bad, WC und einen extra Abstellraum. </p>
<p class="MsoNormal">Die Wohnung befindet sich im 20.Bezirk,
Jägerstraße - also
unmittelbar an der U4 und U6. Innenstadt ca. 10 min. entfernt, Hauptuni
5 min.
und TU ca. 15 min. </p>
<p class="MsoNormal">Die Miete beträgt ca. 350¤ inkl. BK, Strom,
Heizung,
Internet) </p>

<p class="MsoNormal">Besichtigung der Wohnung ist ab sofort möglich. </p>
